NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota on August 8, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider approval of the second reading of an amendment to the zoning code. The amendment proposes to allow lots within the C-2 District and Shoreland Overlay District up to 75% impervious lot coverage in § 154.291 (B) and allowing over 75% impervious surface of the total lot with a Conditional Use Permit § 154.291 (C).
