NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) AND FINAL PLAT & VACATION WITH A SUBDIVISION VARIANCE FOR BEAUMONT BLUFFS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota on April 12, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider approval of a final planned unit development (PUD) overlay and final plat & vacation with subdivision variance for Beaumont Bluffs located on a portion of the SE 1/4 of Section 24, Township 114 North, Range 24 West & a portion of the NE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 114 North, Range 24 West (PID # 109240260, 109250040, & 109250030)
