NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT TO PROVIDE REQUIREMENTS FOR RETAIL SALES OF EDIBLE CANNABINOID PRODUCT LAND USES.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota on July 11, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider approval of amendments to the zoning code. The amendments propose to provide requirements for retail sales of edible cannabinoid product land uses.
