NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A VACATION OF AN EASEMENT, PRELIMINARY PLAT AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENENMENT FOR BRIDLE CREEK 12th ADDITION.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota on August 23, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider approval of a vacation of all drainage and utility easements on Lot 21, Block 1, BRIDLE CREEK 8TH ADDITION (PID # 220820210), except that part thereof which lies easterly of a line parallel with and 91.00 feet west of the most easterly line thereof. The Commission will also consider approval of a Preliminary Plat and Planned Unit Development Amendment for Bridle Creek 12th Addition, legally described as Lot 3 through 20, Block 1, BRIDLE CREEK 8TH ADDITION and Lot 21, Block 1, BRIDLE CREEK 8TH ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Scott County, Minnesota, EXCEPT that part thereof which lies easterly of a line parallel with and 91.00 feet west of the most easterly line thereof (PID # 220820030, 220820040, 220820050, 220820060, 220820070, 220820080, 220820090, 220820100, 220820110, 220820120,220820130, 220820140, 220820150, 220820160, 220820170, 220820180, 220820190, 220820200, 220820210).
