NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING AND SECOND READING OF PROPOSED ORDINANCES 2023-02 AND 20203-03 TO CONSIDER ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS TO PROVIDE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RETAIL SALES OF EDIBLE CANNABINOID PRODUCTS.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, on August 14, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, to hold a second reading and vote on Ordinance 2022-02 and Ordinance 2023-03. The draft ordinances are an amendment to Chapter 126 and Chapter 154 regarding the retail sales of edible cannabinoid products.
