NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING AND SECOND READING OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2023-01 TO CONSIDER A ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT TO PROVIDE REQUIREMENTS FOR TOBACCO SALES USES.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing and second reading of ordinance 2023-01 at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota on February 13, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider approval of amendments to the zoning code. The amendments propose to provide requirements for tobacco sales uses and to modify and reorganize existing text.
