NOTICE OF SECOND READING OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2021-02, AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT IN THE MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a second reading and vote on draft Ordinance 2021-02. The draft ordinance will increase the maximum height in the Multiple Family Residential District to 40 feet or 4 stories, whichever is less.
The vote will occur at the February 1st, 2021 meeting at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota.
