NOTICE OF SECOND READING OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2020-07, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 154 ZONING, TO ALLOW A TOWING SERVICE WITH OUTDOOR VEHICLE STORAGE AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL (C-3) ZONING DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a second reading and vote on draft Ordinance 2020-07. The draft ordinance will amend City Code Chapter 154 Zoning, to allow a towing service with outdoor vehicle storage as a conditional use in the Highway Commercial (C-3) Zoning District.
The vote will occur at the December 7, 2020 meeting at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota.
