NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT TO REPEAL AND REPLACE THE CITY’S FLOODPLAIN ORDINANCE, AND AMEND OTHER SECTIONS AS NECESSARY, TO COMPLY WITH THE NATIONAL FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will conduct a public hearing to accept public input on a zoning text amendment to amend Jordan City Code Chapters 153 and 154, including the repeal and replacement of the existing Floodplain Ordinance, to comply with National Flood Insurance Program requirements.
The hearing will be held on Tuesday December 8th, 2020 at approximately 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota.
