NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST TO EXTEND THE PHASING PLAN FOR THE 10TH-13TH ADDITIONS OF THE BRIDLE CREEK SUBDIVISION BY AMENDING THE PUD AGREEMENT BETWEEN BRIDLE CREEK OF JORDAN II, LLC AND THE CITY OF JORDAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will conduct a public hearing to accept public input on a request by Bridle Creek of Jordan II, LLC to extend the phasing plan for the 10th-13th additions in its PUD agreement with the City of Jordan.
The hearing will be held on Tuesday December 8th, 2020 at approximately 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota.
