NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST FOR A ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT TO ALLOW A SECOND CURB CUT OR DRIVEWAY ACCESS IN THE SINGLE AND TWO FAMILY (R-2) ZONING DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will conduct a public hearing to accept public input on a zoning text amendment to allow second curb cuts or driveway accesses in the (R-2) zoning district. The hearing will be held on Tuesday August 10, 2021 at approximately 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept input on the zoning text amendment request:
Request: Request from a resident at 433 Sunset Dr., to amend City Code Section 154.096, to permit second curb cuts or driveway accesses in the Single and Two Family (R-2) zoning district.
