NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A ZONING AMENDMENT, A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, AND A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OUTLOT A, MINGER BUSINESS PARK

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota on March 8, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider approval of a zoning amendment (from I-1 Light Industrial to I-2 General Industrial), and a conditional use permit to allow for outdoor storage in the I-2 General Industrial zoning district, and a conditional use permit for outdoor sales in the I-2 General Industrial zoning district for a property legally described as Outlot A, Minger Business Park (PID # 220920020)
