NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota on June 14, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider approval of a variance to allow for fence height to exceed the requirements in a R-1 Single-Family Residential Zoning District for the property located 112 Arabian Court, legally described as Lot 5, Block 1, The Bluffs At Cedar Ridge (PID # 220560050)
