NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING AND SECOND READING OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2023-05 TO CONSIDER ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS TO MODIFY THE CALCULATION OF SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENTS TO STRUCTURES IN A FLOODPLAIN.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, on August 28, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, to hold a second reading and vote on Ordinance 2023-05. The draft ordinances are an amendment to Chapter 154 regarding the calculation of substantial improvements to structures in a floodplain.
