NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING AND SECOND READING OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2023-04 TO CONSIDER ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS TO REGULATE THE MANUFACTURING OF CANNABIS PRODUCTS.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, on August 28, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, to hold a second reading and vote on Ordinance 2023-04. The draft ordinances are an amendment to Chapter 154 regarding the manufacture of cannabis products.
