NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota on April 11, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider approval of a preliminary plat for Pauly Park legally described as SEC 20 TWN 114 RNG 23PT NW1/4 OF SW1/4 BEG SE COR TH N 56 RDS TH W 14 RDD 5 FT TH S 56 RDS TH E 14 RDS 5 FT TO PT OF BEG (PID 229200070).
