NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT TO INCREASE IMPERVIOUS SURFACE COVERAGE LIMITS OF THE SHORELAND OVERLAY DISTRICT IN THE CENTRAL BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICT.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota on July 12, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider approval of amendments to the zoning code. The amendments propose to allow existing site which is being altered, remodeled, or expanded without expanding the existing impervious surface where appropriate, allowing up to 75% impervious lot coverage in § 154.291 (B) and allowing over 75% impervious surface of the total lot with a Conditional Use Permit in the C-2 Zoning District in § 154.291 (C).
