NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A ZONE CHANGE, PRELIMINARY PLAT, AND PRELIMINARY PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR BEAUMONT BLUFFS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota on February 8, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider approval of a zone change (from UER, Urban Expansion Reserve District to R-2 Medium Density Residential Single-Family and CD Conservation District), and a preliminary plat and preliminary planned unit development (PUD) overlay for Beaumont Bluffs located on a portion of the SE 1/4 of Section 24, Township 114 North, Range 24 West & a portion of the NE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 114 North, Range 24 West (PID # 109240260, 109250040, & 109250030)
