NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR TWO FAMILY DWELLING UNITS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINSESS DISTRICT (C-1) ZONING DISTRICT FOR LOT 3, BLOCK 1, CITY OF JORDAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota on May 9, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider approval of a conditional use permit to allow for Two Family Dwelling Units in the Neighborhood Business District (C-1) Zoning District for the property located at 108 1st Street West, legally described as Lot 3, Block 1, City of Jordan Addition (PID # 220020030)
