NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 2021-03, A HOUSEKEEPING ORDINANCE AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF REGULATORY FLOOD PROTECTION ELEVATION IN SECTION 154.020 OF THE CITY CODE
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing and second reading and vote on draft Ordinance 2021-03. The Ordinance would make a minor change to the definition of Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation in City Code Section 154.020 to adhere to standards set by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
The public hearing and vote will occur at the March 1st, 2021 meeting at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota.
