NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO CITY CODE CHAPTER 90 BY ADDING SECTION 90.012 RESTRICTING DAYS AND HOURS FOR CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will vote on the proposed ordinance amendment amending Chapter 90 by adding section 90.012 restricting days and hours for construction activities. The vote will occur at the July 2, 2018 meeting at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota.
Adoption Request: The Ordinance will restrict the hours in which construction activities are permitted.
