NOTICE OF SECOND READING OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2021-15, AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 30 REGARDING CITY COUNCIL MEETING DATES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a second reading and vote on draft Ordinance 2021-15. The draft ordinance would impact when City Council meets by specifying meeting dates and times shall be adopted via a resolution at the beginning of each year. Currently, city code states regular meetings shall be held on the first and third Monday of each calendar month.
The vote will occur at the November 1st, 2021 meeting at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota.
