NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS ON AN ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET (EAW) FOR VACANT PARCELS 109250040 & 109250030 LOCATED ON A PORTION OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 114 NORTH, RANGE 24 WEST AND A PORTION OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 114 NORTH, RANGE 24 WEST.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jordan City Council will conduct a public hearing to accept public input on an EAW submitted for the properties located on a portion of the SE 1/4 of Section 24, Township 114 North, Range 24 West & a portion of the NE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 114 North, Range 24 West (north of County Road 66 and just west of Aberdeen Ave), Parcel Identification Numbers (PIN) 109250040 & 109250030. The hearing will be held on Monday, December 20th, 2021 at approximately 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota. The purpose of the public hearing is to provide an opportunity for public comment on the EAW.
