NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND SECOND READING OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2021-10, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 71.12 RELATED TO MOTORIZED GOLF CARTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing and second reading and vote on draft ordinance 2021-10. The draft ordinance will allow all qualified residents to apply for a permit to operate a golf cart on allowed roadways within Jordan city limits.
The public hearing and vote will occur at the September 20th, 2021 meeting at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota.
