The City of Jordan invites the public to review and comment on the Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) regarding the proposed Pieper Property development project. The project is proposed on 232.3 acres on the southwest side of the City of Jordan and consists of a mix of twin homes, villas, single-family residences, and open space. About 123.6 acres would remain undeveloped, including approximately 80 acres to be conveyed to the city.
Copies of the EAW, which document the purpose and need for the project, along with the anticipated social, economic, and environmental impacts, are available for public comment beginning December 7 and can be accessed at the city’s website: jordanmn.gov.
