NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2019-09 TO AMEND CITY CODE CHAPTER 154.173 TO ALLOW MOTOR VEHICLE SALES AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE I-2 DISTRICT FOR THE CITY OF JORDAN.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will vote on the proposed Ordinance 2019-09, allowing for motor vehicle sales as a conditional use within the General Industrial District (I-2).
This Amendment to City Code Section 154.173 is subject to the following: (1) The use must be accompanied by a permitted use under City Code Section 154.172; (2) The conditions established for vehicle sales in City Code Section 154.153 shall be applied.
The vote will occur at the December 2, 2019 meeting at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota
