Event of the Week: Letters to Santa

The Jordan Commercial Club, along with Jordan area businesses, would like to invite you to participate in Letters to Santa. All letters submitted will be entered into a drawing for fun prizes!

How to Enter: Letter forms are available onlinehere or at City Hall. Completed letters should be placed in the big red mailbox at Pekarna Park by Midnight on December 26.

A random drawing for prizes will take place on Friday, December 27th. Winners will be contacted.

Event of the Week: 2nd Annual Storefront Decorating Contest

It’s time for the 2nd Annual Storefront Decorating Contest! Get your holiday spirit going and decorate your storefront to participate in this new Jordan tradition. Last year’s winner, Penney Family Chiropractic, is pictured.

How to Enter: Send us pictures of your storefront all dressed up in holiday spirit by Friday December 20th to enter the contest!

How to Win: We’ll post all photos in a Facebook Poll and the business with the most votes will be crowned Business of the Week.

Photos will be posted in order of submission.

Event of the Week: Jordan Dazzle 2019

Join the Jordan Commercial Club for the 5th Annual Jordan Dazzle Parade! The event is a must see for Jordan residents and families to get into the holiday spirit.

Event details: 

  • 5:00 PM Food Vendors
  • 5:30 PM Caroling by: JHS Chamber Singers
  • 6:00 PM Parade begins
  • Immediately following the Parade in Pekarna Park: Tree lighting

Where: Downtown Jordan (on Water St.) is the best place to observe the parade and enjoy food and refreshments from venders.

The parade runs South along Varner St. from the Fire Hall to Water St. in Jordan’s Downtown and then proceeds to the Mini Met.
