Business of the Week:  Clancy’s Bar and Pizza Parlor

About Us – Established in 1982, Clancy’s is located near the intersection of highways 282 and 169 in Jordan, MN.  Some come for the thin crust pizza, others for the broasted chicken. But my favorite food at Clancy’s is the California burger with cheese and a slice of raw onion, yeah. And all washed down with a frosty mug of cold draft beer.

Clancy’s is a unique, family run, restaurant that is well known for its great food and friendly atmosphere. We prepare three of the most deliciously satisfying foods you can sink your teeth into. Dine in, do takeout or we have outdoor seating as well.  Good for groups and kids.  Classic car night every Wednesday during the summer with live music on the patio.

Pizza – Customers continuously tell us we have the best pizza around. We think so too. Our pizza sauce was created back in 1982 and has stood the test of time. Only four people have ever known this recipe. We use only thin crust. What started out as a “light bar pizza” has filled many appetites and cravings. We have three sizes to choose from: 14”, 10” and we’ll even cut a 10” in half for smaller appetites. We offer the freshest, basic toppings. Our sausage is a Mild Italian and has never changed since we started. Pepperoni, Canadian bacon and Hamburger round out the rest of our meat toppings. Our vegetable toppings consist of black and green olives, onions, mushrooms and green peppers. We also offer pineapple. Our best sellers are the Audrey’s Supreme & the Clancy’s Special… Named after the original owners.

Hamburgers – Two words: Hand Pattied. Every day we shape fresh ground beef into future delicious ¼ pound burgers. And, customers love them. You can order any combination of American or Swiss cheese, mushrooms, bacon, with fried or raw onions if you like. Don’t forget the lettuce, tomato, and mayo! Put them all together and you have our very popular Rory Burger. What a mouthful.

Broasted Chicken – You can’t beat this chicken for flavor or tenderness. Preparation is the key word here. Fresh cut, trimmed, marinated, coated with a special blend of seasoning and finally, pressure cooked to seal in the juices, makes this chicken worth the drive. Fresh out of the broaster, no warmer or holding makes this meal delicious.
