This citywide park is centrally located in the City of Jordan. It features a wide variety of recreational amenities including four horseshoe pits, three shelters with numerous picnic tables, grills, a gazebo, playground equipment, two sand volleyball courts, Mill Pond which offers a swimming beach, fishing dock, and ice skating. The park offers views of Sand Creek, trails, benches, plumbed restrooms, off-street paved parking lots, water fountains, and open green space. An enclosed picnic shelter, with kitchen facilities and restrooms was completed with assistance from the Lions Club and City of Jordan in 2016. A boat rental and concession stand were implemented near the Mill Pond Swimming Beach in 2017.

- City of Jordan Park Rental
Lagoon Park has five shelters (two large, one small, a gazebo, and an enclosed shelter) available for reservation. Individuals/groups are only able to reserve park shelters, not the use of the entire park. Reservations are made at Jordan City Hall at info@jordanmn.gov or 952-492-2535.- Permit cost is $75.00 per shelter for Jordan residents and $100.00 for non-residents. There is also a $150 per shelter refundable deposit required at time of reservation for all parties. You must bag trash and you may leave it at the shelter.
- Events over 100 people or including alcoholic beverages must obtain a special event permit from the City of Jordan at 952-492-2535. Shelter reservations are still required along with the special event permit approved by the City Council.
Splash Pad Hours: 9am – 8pm (subject to change depending on weather, not open when outside temp is 65 degrees or less)
