The City of Jordan promotes local economic development via the Jordan Economic Development Authority. City staff are eager to assist businesses with tax increment and tax abatement financing, site selection, and other key components of business growth. There are three very active commercial lenders in Jordan, Frandsen Bank, HomeTownBank,and Riverland Bank, whose financial strengths benefit a wide range of economic development projects.
