Event of the Week: Heimatfest
September’s here, and school has started, but that doesn’t mean the party is over. Join the annual festivities at Heimatfest this weekend!
When: Friday, September 6 and Saturday, September 7
What: Heimatfest has something for everyone in the family:
- Friday night kicks off with a car cruise, food booths, and street dance in downtown Jordan.
- Saturday is a full day of events, food fare, music, and fun! Check out the schedule of events for more details. From pork patties, to walking tacos, to a refreshing scoop of ice cream… Heimatfest has many food options to choose from.

Where: Lagoon Park, the Mini Met, and Downtown Jordan (see schedule of events)
Parking: Jordan Middle School’s lot, Log Cabin (on-street parking only), and Schule Haus (on street parking only).
Shuttle Bus: a shuttle will run from the above parking areas to the event in Lagoon Park from noon-7:00 p.m.
