State of MN requires the Jordan Police Department to conduct Tobacco and Alcohol Compliance checks annually. We conduct these checks at all Tobacco and Liquor license establishments within the city. The Jordan Police Department supervises these checks and hopes for a refused sale to the underage buyer. If an establishment violates either checks, the establishment and server could face criminal penalties.
