NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR A GRAVEL OFF-STREET PARKING LOT AS A PRINCIPAL USE IN THE C-2
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing to consider a request for an interim use permit to allow for a gravel parking lot as a principal use at 210 Broadway Street North. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 8th, 2020 at approximately 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept input on the following request:
Request: Approval of an Interim Use Permit to allow for a gravel parking lot as a principal use.
Location: 210 Broadway Street North, Jordan, MN 55352
Legal Description: Lots 6-10, Block 13, City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota
Applicant/Address: St. John the Baptist Catholic Church | 313 E. 2nd Street, Jordan, MN
All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their view. Interested persons are encouraged to provide written input in advance of the meeting by email to nfuerst@jordanmn.gov. Input in advance may also be provided by phone to 952-492-2535 or in writing a minimum 24 hours in advance of the meeting to the City of Jordan City offices, 210 East First Street, Jordan, MN 55352. Written comments received in advance are preferred.
