NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A ZONING AMENDMENT, A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, A SECOND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, PRELIMINARY PLAT, AND FINAL PLAT FOR BRICK’S BOATWORKS ADDITION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota on April 12, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider approval of a zoning amendment (from I-1 Light Industrial to I-2 General Industrial), and a conditional use permit to allow for outdoor storage in the I-2 General Industrial zoning district, and a conditional use permit for motor vehicle sales in the I-2 General Industrial zoning district, a Preliminary Plat, and Final Plat titled Brick’s Boatworks Addition for a property legally described as Outlot A, Minger Business Park (PID # 220920020)
