NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR LOTS 3 & 4, BLOCK 1, WHISPERING MEADOWS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota on April 12, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider approval of a Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Minor Subdivision to combine two lots for the purpose of constructing a Mixed Use Development located at 201 and 251 Eldorado (PID # 220500030, 220500040).
