NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ELEVATING MANUFACTURED HOMES IN THE FLOODPLAIN USING METHODS OTHER THAN FILL FOR 300 VALLEY GREEN PARK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will conduct a public hearing to accept public input on a request for a Conditional Use Permit for 300 Valley Green Park. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at approximately 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept input on the following request:
Request: The applicant requests approval of a request to elevate manufactured homes in the floodplain using methods other than fill
