NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2021-12, AN ORDINANCE UPDATING PENALTY PROCEDURES FOR VIOLATIONS OF CHAPTER 90-NUISANCES IN THE JORDAN CITY CODE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing and vote on draft Ordinance 2021-12. The draft ordinance would update the penalty procedures for violations of Chapter 90-Nuisances in the Jordan City Code. The vote will occur at the September 20th, 2021 meeting at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota.
