NOTICE OF SECOND READING OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2021-01, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE METHODS THE CITY USES TO CALCULATE PARKLAND DEDICATION AND CASH-IN-LIEU PAYMENTS FOR SUBDIVISIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will hold a second reading and vote on draft Ordinance 2021-01. The draft ordinance will change the current method for calculating parkland dedication and cash-in-lieu payments for subdivisions.
The vote will occur at the February 1st, 2021 meeting at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota.
