NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDMENT REQUEST FROM THE CITY OF JORDAN, TRAFFIC REGULATIONS ORDINANCE SECTION 71.09 TO ALLOW ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES (ATVS) AND UTILITY TASK VEHICLES (UTVS) TO OPERATE WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS IF ALL CONDITIONS OF THE ORDINANCE ARE MET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The City Council of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will vote on the proposed ordinance 2018-02 amending Jordan, MN Code of Ordinances §71.09 regarding the update to the City regulations pertaining to use of All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) and Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs). The vote will occur at the January 2, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota.
