NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDMENT REQUEST FROM THE CITY OF JORDAN:
An Ordinance of the City of Jordan, Minnesota, amending Jordan MN Code of Ordinances
§154.394
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will vote on the proposed ordinance amendment of the City of Jordan’s Ordinance 2017-04 amending Jordan, MN Code of Ordinances §154.394 regarding the update to City regulations pertaining to solar energy systems.
The vote will occur at the December 18, 2017 meeting at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota.
