NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO CITY CODE SECTION 154.225 (A)(6) AMENDING THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES REQUIRED FOR SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, will vote on the proposed ordinance amendment to Section 154.225 (A)(6) amending the number of parking spaces required for senior citizen housing. The vote will occur at the July 2, 2018 meeting at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Jordan City Council Chambers, located at 116 East First Street in the City of Jordan, Minnesota.
Adoption Request: The Ordinance will reduce the number of proof of parking stalls required for senior citizen housing from 2 to 0.2 stalls per dwelling unit.
