As a community bank, HomeTown Bank strives to personally get to know customers, building strong relationships they can trust.
To be the bank our customers love.
To “Inspire Happiness” through experience, talent, and community.
To provide quality financial services to our customers and communities, maintain high integrity and provide quality customer service, operate within all applicable laws and regulations, help our communities grow by being active and involved, and generate a steady and improving stream of earnings.
As part of our Community Impact Commitment, the Jordan staff volunteered to help school district clean and reorganize storage facilities for our sports teams. We filled up a huge dumpster with things that were no longer needed, built new storage shelves, made racks for the youth football team to hang equipment, removed everything in the storage units and placed everything back in an organized fashion. #buildingcommunitiesmn

This is the first week of school in Jordan. We would like to thank all the teachers, administrators, para’s, office staff, custodians, principals, community volunteers, coaches, bus drivers, school board, Community Ed. Staff and anyone else that is dedicated to making our schools fantastic. Our children are trusted in your very capable hands for 9 months of the year or more. We truly have some of the best people and facilities anywhere in the state. You aren’t a business but we want to honor you for what you do to make our community great! We wish you all a safe and successful school year.
Thank you, Jordan Public Schools!
About our Schools:
The mission of the Jordan Public Schools is to Inspire a Caring Community to Ignite Learning, Innovation, and Success for All. We are located on Highway 169, just nine miles south of Shakopee and 30 minutes south of Minneapolis/St. Paul, in the beautiful Minnesota River Valley. The population of Jordan is approximately 6,500. Our unique student and family friendly single academic campus has excellent facilities and is located near many residential areas, including the historic downtown and a new public library. Our high school was built in 2003 and our award winning middle school was opened in 2015. Located adjacent to this building is the new 45,000 square foot Jordan Community Education and Recreation Center (CERC). Our elementary school, recipient of multiple Minnesota Department of Eduction distinctions, was built in 1978 and has a 2003 addition to include an early learning center. We are proud to be the only Parent Aware Four Star rated preschool program in Jordan.
Jordan students consistently score academically at the top of the Minnesota River Conference and our athletic and fine arts programs rival and exceed what can be found in much larger districts. This has allowed for Jordan students to stand out amongst the best in the state.
Educating 21st Century learners is important to us. We have a successful 1:1 technology program with students in grades 5–12 receiving Chromebook devices. In addition, our younger students explore technology on a daily basis with laptops and iPads for their use in the classroom and throughout the building.
In addition, a generous gift from the Ames Family has brought the district a Field Turf Field and completely updated Athletic Complex. This new space, along with several new ball fields, and ample green space are home to our thriving athletic programs. Our athletic facilities are among some of the best for districts our size and rank high among what can be found in the state.
The Jordan Public Schools serves approximately 1,800 students, grades preK–12, at three locations on our single academic campus.

All you need are a pair of sneakers and a sense of humor to take on the obstacles on our truly muck-tacular 5K course. You’ll flip when you see it in person, but take a spin through the sample course below to get a taste of what you’re in for.
We Muck It Because
We want to end MS. Even though the event is built for laughs from start to finish, we’re on a serious mission to advance cutting-edge research and support the life-changing work of the National MS Society.
About Us– Established in 1982, Clancy’s is located near the intersection of highways 282 and 169 in Jordan, MN. Some come for the thin crust pizza, others for the broasted chicken. But my favorite food at Clancy’s is the California burger with cheese and a slice of raw onion, yeah. And all washed down with a frosty mug of cold draft beer.
Clancy’s is a unique, family run, restaurant that is well known for its great food and friendly atmosphere. We prepare three of the most deliciously satisfying foods you can sink your teeth into. Dine in, do takeout or we have outdoor seating as well. Good for groups and kids. Classic car night every Wednesday during the summer with live music on the patio.
Pizza – Customers continuously tell us we have the best pizza around. We think so too. Our pizza sauce was created back in 1982 and has stood the test of time. Only four people have ever known this recipe. We use only thin crust. What started out as a “light bar pizza” has filled many appetites and cravings. We have three sizes to choose from: 14”, 10” and we’ll even cut a 10” in half for smaller appetites. We offer the freshest, basic toppings. Our sausage is a Mild Italian and has never changed since we started. Pepperoni, Canadian bacon and Hamburger round out the rest of our meat toppings. Our vegetable toppings consist of black and green olives, onions, mushrooms and green peppers. We also offer pineapple. Our best sellers are the Audrey’s Supreme & the Clancy’s Special… Named after the original owners.
Hamburgers – Two words: Hand Pattied. Every day we shape fresh ground beef into future delicious ¼ pound burgers. And, customers love them. You can order any combination of American or Swiss cheese, mushrooms, bacon, with fried or raw onions if you like. Don’t forget the lettuce, tomato, and mayo! Put them all together and you have our very popular Rory Burger. What a mouthful.
Broasted Chicken – You can’t beat this chicken for flavor or tenderness. Preparation is the key word here. Fresh cut, trimmed, marinated, coated with a special blend of seasoning and finally, pressure cooked to seal in the juices, makes this chicken worth the drive. Fresh out of the broaster, no warmer or holding makes this meal delicious.
