On the outside Suzette’s appears to be a roadside diner alongside Highway 169 but, once inside you’ll experience delicate flavors that rival those of the finest restaurants in Minneapolis.
5-star Chef Banrith Yong, a native of Cambodia, studied culinary arts in the French portion of Switzerland before coming to Minnesota. He was previously a chef at a place called Swiss Alps in Highland Park, and at the Whitney Hotel prior to opening Suzettes in 1998.
